For almost 4 years now there is a long-lasting experiment held to apply Robonomics technologies to a real-life production business. FEECC is a decentralized manufacturing data accumulation system that enables traceability of key production stages and ensures the integrity of data that cannot be altered or substituted thanks to blockchain-based immutability.
Blockchain as quality control system for chemistry
Originally, the following task was set: developing a quality control system for the production of a certain chemical product. An autonomous Cyber-Physical System (CPS) that checks the concentration of a random packet from each batch was developed in order to solve this problem.
Backup and archiving service for robotics companies
In 2022, the Robonomics team began collaborating with other parachain teams within the Polkadot ecosystem to leverage the unique strengths of this decentralized network. This collaboration resulted in the launch of a Backup and Data Archiving Service designed specifically for robotics companies.
